**Accommodations:
-All Rates are per night, excluding taxes

**Rooming List:
The team manager or appointed person must supply a completed rooming list to Merit travel with names and credit card details for each room, 45 days prior to arrival (June 18th)

**Cancellation Policies:
-team cancellations must be made by 30 days prior to arrival (July 2nd)
-individual cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival (July 30th)

**Parking:
Parking is additional at most properties, ranging from $14-$19 per day with in and out privileges
